Police Misconduct Hearing: 2nd September 2026.
A misconduct hearing will be held at Police Headquarters, Glan-y-Don, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, LL29 8AW commencing at 1000 hrs on 2nd September 2026.
Constable 4021 Sheppard is facing the following allegation:
Between 12th June 2025 and 17th January 2026 you shared a number of body worn video and Local Authority CCTV recordings with colleagues, through social media messaging platforms and via your own personal phone, without a policing purpose.
It is alleged that Constable 4021 Sheppard has breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to Authority, Respect and Courtesy, Orders and Instructions, Confidentiality, and Discreditable Conduct.
Those breaches are considered to be Gross Misconduct.
Public viewing of this hearing will be via remote access through Microsoft Teams.
