Appeal following the theft of two motorcycles in Bangor

We’re investigating the theft of two motorcycles that are reported to have been stolen from the Bangor area on Friday October 13^th.

The first motorcycle is reported to have been taken in the early hours of Friday 13^th from William Street in Bangor. The motorbike is described as a black KSR Moto GRS index CE17KKH. Anyone with information is asked to contact police quoting reference 23001004176.

The second motorcycle is reported to have been taken from an address on Glynne Road in Bangor between 7pm-9.30pm on Friday 13^th October, but was later found abandoned in the Bangor area. Anyone with information is asked to contact police quoting reference 23001005135.

District Support Sergeant Andy Davies said: “We’re appealing for anyone who may have seen either of the described motorcycles or may have dashcam or private CCTV footage of the area either on Friday October 13^th or afterwards to contact us.

“We’re also appealing for residents to remain vigilant for suspicious activity in the area, and for motorcycle owners to check the security of their vehicles when left overnight.

“If possible, park your motorcycle where it can be seen by yourself or your neighbours, and use locks and alarms when possible. The more security measures that you take, the less attractive your motorcycle will appear to thieves.”
