We’d like to say a big welcome to our latest recruits to join the Heddlu Bach.
Chief Inspector Robert Rands welcomed 20 new members of the Heddlu Bach from Ysgol Cybi Holyhead, following their successful interview and selection process to join the team.

During the welcome ceremony, the mini police were issued their new uniform and warrant cards.
They are all eager to get started on projects in the local community, focusing on issues they will decide on themselves. They’ll also gain experience of working closely with partner agencies in the area as well as their local policing team.
The new recruits will be guided by Community Beat Manager PC Lisa Thomas, PCSO Sara Holloway and PCSO Mark Lloyd.
Please welcome them when you see them out on patrol, they look forward to meeting you all.
