How to apply

You can:

• apply online
• call 101
• go to your local police station

You must apply for information about a specific person you're worried about.

You can apply for information on behalf of one child, or more than one child, at a time.

We'll ask you about:

• your details and contact details
• the person you're asking for information about
• the child or children you're worried about
• why you're worried about the situation
