Opening times 

Appointments are available between Monday and Friday (except bank holidays), from 9am to 3.30pm.

Bookings are strictly by appointment only.


What do I need to bring?

Please bring with you:

  • a valid passport, or
  • a full photo driving licence
  • proof of address (eg recent (within three months) bank statement, council tax bill, utility bill – but not a mobile phone bill)

 
If your passport is being held by the Home Office, we can accept a photocopy of your passport ID page together with an officially stamped letter. You can also ask for your passport to be released from the Home Office for 24 hours.


How much does it cost?

One set of fingerprints: £60.
Each additional set: free.

Please note: some fingerprint fees are subject to VAT, except certain HMRC exemptions. The exempted countries are:

  • Canada
  • Fiji
  • Japan
  • Nigeria
  • St Vincent & the Grenadines
  • United Arab Emirates
  • Zimbabwe
  • Zambia

You can pay with cash at the time of the appointment. We don't accept cheques, debit or credit cards.
