We want every member of Team NWP to be a confident leader. To achieve this we use a comprehensive range of development tools, from professional secondments and advanced practitioner opportunities, to mentoring and 360 feedback.
Every NWP employee receives quarterly and annual appraisals as part of our Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programme. As well as recording your progress and checking you’re meeting your personal objectives, the CPD process helps us to identify how you can grow within the organisation.
Want to study in your spare time? We might be able to help you pay for it. All employees can apply for financial assistance and may receive up to 75% of the course fees. We have helped people to complete courses up to master’s degree level.
