For PCs, we are currently underrepresented in the following groups:
Disability: Any disabled person whose health condition would still allow them to perform the role they are applying for. This includes neurodiverse conditions such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism and others.
Gender reassignment: Anyone whose gender identity differs from their assigned sex at birth.
Race: Anyone from Black, Asian, or any other minority ethnic background.
Sex: Female
