North Wales Police is looking for an exceptional leader with passion, energy and drive to join the team.
The process to select a Deputy Chief Constable will begin by the submission of a CV (no more than 2 pages) and covering letter (no more than 2 pages), with the covering letter outlining “how your experience and leadership style will be applied to the DCC role to address the key challenges facing NWP now and in the future” whilst being mindful of the CVF and the requirements of the role.

On 3rd October 2023 the Chief Constable will be hosting a familiarisation session. Here the Chief Constable will be sharing with you North Wales Police’s vision and priorities for the Force and will give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the role.
Successfully sifted applicants will be invited to complete a College of Policing psychometric questionnaire ahead of the assessment stage which will consist of stakeholder panels, interview and presentation. These will take place on the 19th and 20th October 2023.
