This site is a beta, which means it's a work in progress and we'll be adding more to it over the next few weeks. Your feedback helps us make things better, so please let us know what you think.
North Wales Talking is an initiative being used by North Wales Police to support our Neighbourhood Policing Teams to understand the issues and concerns that matter most to our local communities.
Your feedback received via North Wales Talking enables your local Neighbourhood Policing Teams, together with partner agencies, to act on the information received. By completing the survey, you provide help to enable us to tackle the issues that matter most to you and the community you live in
As well as completing the Wales Talking survey you can also choose to register for the North Wales Community Alert – this is our free community messaging system where you will receive updates from your Neighbourhood Policing Teams on the action taken to tackle the local issues raised by you and the community.
To sign up to Community Alert takes a matter of minutes and can be done by clicking the link below, scanning the attached QR code or even by asking a member of your local Neighbourhood Policing team to sign you up. Crime prevention advise is also passed to our local communities through the forum to minimise the likelihood of you becoming a victim of crime.
Superintendent Helen Douglas said:
“Our Neighbourhood Policing Teams want to ensure that they are tackling the things that matter most to you and the community you live in.
Following the launch of Community Alert in 2022 more than 15500 subscribers have chosen to register with the scheme, with the vast majority indicating the content shared is both pertinent and relevant to them.
North Wales Talking provides residents the opportunity to tell us about the issues that matter most in their local communities.
Our communities play a crucial part in helping us prevent and detect crime and anti-social behaviour.
It is our aspiration to make North Wales the safest place in the UK to live, work and visit by treating people fairly understanding their concerns and acting upon them.
I encourage you to join the conversation by subscribing to Community Alert. You can then take part in the periodic North Wales Talking surveys. Alternatively you can access the survey in Welsh through www.gogleddcymrunsiarad.co.uk or alternatively in English through www.northwalestalking.co.uk.
Please share this with your family, friends and colleagues to enable them to have their say."
