A 22-year-old man has been charged following an operation targeting drug supply in Rhyl on Wednesday, January 22nd.
The warrants came as part of a joint investigation with Merseyside Police to tackle drug supply into North Wales.
Callum Wright, of Victoria Road, Rhyl, has since been charged with being concerned in the supply of class A drugs, possession with intent to supply class B drugs and possession of criminal property. He appeared at Llandudno Courts on Thursday January 23rd and was remanded to appear at a later date.
A second man was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of drugs. He has since been released under investigation.
A number of suspected drugs were seized.
Sergeant Peter Griffiths said: “We are committed to protecting the public and tackling the threat that individuals and groups involved in drugs present.
“Drug dealing affects everyone in the community as it drives crime and anti-social behaviour at all levels.
“We continue to work with colleagues across force borders to create a hostile environment for those who wish to cause harm and make North Wales the safest place in the UK.”
