An Anglesey man has been charged in connection with two Llanberis burglaries.
Mark Goodier, 36, of Llanddaniel, Gaerwen, appeared at Caernarfon Magistrates Court today, Friday January 17th, charged with two counts of burglary following incidents on December 19th and December 20th last year.
He was also charged with handling stolen goods, theft of a motor vehicle and possession of offensive weapons.
The first burglary on December 19th took place at around 7.30pm, where a number of high value items were stolen from an address on Station Road.
In the early hours of the following morning at around 1.10am, a burglary was reported at the Royal British Legion on Market Street, where a window was smashed to gain entry. Nothing was stolen.
A 38-year-old man from the Gaerwen area was also arrested in connection with both incidents.
He has since been released on bail pending further investigation.
Goodier was remanded into custody and will appear at Caernarfon Crown Court on February 17th.
