A 32-year-old man has been issued with a Community Behaviour Order (CBO) lasting for three years.
Gwynfor Huw Jones, of Bangor, appeared at Llandudno Magistrates Court on January 4th charged with being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
He received a CBO which states that he must not be in possession of any open container of alcohol in any public place in the city of Bangor, unless on licensed premises.
District Support Sergeant Andrew Davies said: “Gwynfor Hughes Jones is a persistent offender of anti-social behaviour and I hope that this CBO will provide reassurance to residents and community members of Bangor.”
Criminal Behaviour Orders are issued by a criminal court to tackle serious and persistent individuals engaged in criminal activity. Breaching a criminal behaviour order is a criminal offence and could result in imprisonment.
