Our enquiries are ongoing into a report of a stolen baby wallaby.
Walter is reported to have been taken from an address in the Holyhead Road area of Cemaes Bay, between 4am-6am on Thursday January 18th.
We are continuing to appeal to anyone with information to get in touch.
PCSO Rhys Evans of the Rural Crime Team said: “Walter is approximately 11 months old and was not fully weaned, meaning he was still feeding from his mother before he went missing.
“As a result, his owner is becoming increasingly concerned for the wellbeing of the young wallaby and wishes to see him returned home as soon as possible.
“We continue to appeal to anyone who may have seen Walter or may have footage of the area around the time he was taken to contact police as soon as possible.”
Anyone with information that could assist with our enquiries can contact us via our website or by calling 101, quoting reference 24000085021.
