Man charged with sexual offences

Neil Frederick Foden (66), from the Old Colwyn area has been charged with a further six sexual offences relating to additional victims, including the adult abuse of a position of trust and sexual activity with a child.
He will next appear before the Court on November 23rd and remains on remand.
