"I’m PC Nia Williams and I work in the areas of Abergele, Rhyl and Prestatyn.
"At 40 years of age, I felt that I needed a change of career and a new challenge. I wanted a job where every day would be different and where I wouldn’t know what I would be dealing with on a day-to-day basis. So, I joined the police.
"I became a PC in 2015 and have worked in response for most of that time.
"I enjoy response policing as we deal with a wide variety of incidents, some of which can be very rewarding. I also enjoy working shifts as it gives me opportunity to have “me time” when the family are in work or school."
Keep an eye on our social media channels throughout the week where we will be shining the light on our response officers using #ResponsePolicingWeek.
