Year five students from Ysgol Llanfawr and Ysgol Cybi in Holyhead were celebrated last week for finishing the Heddlu Bach programme.
The programme, which runs in various schools across North Wales, aims to build positive relationships between young members of the community, as well as teaching young people about the importance of community pride
The Heddlu Bach have now come to the end of their duties following their hard work throughout the school year to complete community projects, litter pick, speed checks, high visibility patrols and local engagements.
In an end of year ceremony, Superintendent Llinos Davies and Inspector Gareth Parry awarded each pupil with a certificate of service for successfully completing the Heddlu Bach programme.
PC Lisa Thomas said: "Heddlu Bach officers have worked hard this year to support our local community and have been absolutely fantastic, and a credit to our town.
“I thank the schools for their engagement and wish the students all the best as they continue their education.
“If you would like to see Heddlu Bach for one last time they will be in the Holyhead Festival parade on 29th July, we look forward to seeing you."
